Really disappointing experience twice! First time I went they refused to let me test drive the car unless I agreed to say I was buying it! Who in their right mind would buy a car without taking it for a test drive?! Went back the next day to have another look and because they knew I was clearly interested they reluctantly let me take it for a test drive. To which I am glad I did, as I saw it's faults and knew it wasn't worth the money they were asking for. Wouldn't negotiate on price said it was fixed, not even 50 discount! Told me my car was worth 200 and ok yes it was years old and done a hefty amount of miles and you never make much on a part ex but I ended up getting 600 on ebay for it! Very cocky attitude, and not at all friendly so walked away. Made me cringe that anyone who works in sales could actually behave that badly! As a young woman buying a car, they clearly had no respect for me whatsoever and more fool them because I ended up getting the exact same model of car I wanted with a lot less mileage and in far better condition for the same price with a much more amiable and respectful experience! I just had to travel a fair distance for the car for it but was well worth the trip. It's a shame that JRR let themselves down massively as I always believe in supporting local businesses but the service I received was just so bad and I'd be genuinely worried for anyone who would try and buy a car from them! I can understand if perhaps they were having a bad day but because they did this twice, it's totally unacceptable. I don't normally leave reviews but from chatting with people around, apparently they do this quite a lot so feel people ought to be made aware of how badly they work. Funnily enough 2 months later the car is still stuck on their forecourt and they've reduced the price by 500 and still can't sell it! Not at all surprised, and glad I had a lucky escape! My advice is don't bother with these car cowboys. AVOID!
Placed a deposit down for my car on Thursday, the car needed a few minor things doing at the garage and Anthony went out of his way to have the car ready early Saturday as per my request. Fantastic service would definitely consider purchasing a car from them again in the future.

Recently brought a BMW 5series from here. Was absolutely no pressure to buy and no pushy sale while looking at the vehicle. Really nice relaxed atmosphere. Good selection of vehicles to choose from and all seem fairly priced. Will definitely recommend and use again if ever changing cars!
